Two similar versions exist, with a different Category printed as ‘D J -905’, whereas this one is ‘DJ - 905A’.
Both releases are using a similar font on the labels printings, but a different one from this version.
The first similar doesn’t underline Anthony Thomas, whereas the second similar do (as on this one).

The release comes in a shrinkwrapped black generic die-cut sleeve, with a white die-cut innersleeve without corners. The main sleeve is not joined or cut correctly, when sleeve is empty, front hole has a different place compared to the rear one.
