In an attempt to recoup money lost on a trip to England in which the band was immediately detained and deported before they could even leave the airport, 100 vinyl copies of "All The Stuff We Do" were pressed and sold by Happy Happy Birthday to Me Records.

Those who preordered the record were also given a button set, a patch, an Olan Mills wallet-sized photograph, a CD-R of the album, a promo photo and a drawing by Johnny Ryan.

Each album is individually numbered.
