...it was a funny old tyme back in the six-ohs over there in the eastern climes what with the bad result in the military complex world cup some decade and half earlier and the struggling to throw off that bad shame by becoming westernized in an attempt to own the planet financially and sell shoddy futuristic looking goods...the upshot of this confusion of east/west and capitalism/spirituality was this combo who captured the bewildering state of affairs with planet destroying sonic art which spreads in all directions but stays in the same groove, the groove of perpetual motion through chaos and complete jumble-jamble'd befuddlement...whether the vibe is slow blues or nuclear explosion feedback the mighty rallizes ossilation never ceases...this is the latest (semi legit?) comp and it's a good trawl over the years of diseased noise...starting with some sixties poppunk racket with a blue cheer in a vacuum sound, then some folk but with the required amount of the old denudes scrape and smear...then into the main reason for this existing, three long blasts of some of their 'greatest hits' differing versions from the booted ones(possibly, who knows, the confusion surrounding these cats is proper rock'n'roll mystery dreamtime...the sound of collapse is always imminent but this far into the game most onlookers know that the teetering on the brink style is all part of the aural canvas, it will survive no matter what may come...this must be seen as the primary rock'n'roll version of lamont youngs eternal drone theory put into strict practise, making the velvets look like mere dilettantes, and digging track4 brings on visions of the godz getting busy with their stretched out percussion / harmonica frenzy, or indeed the good bits of red krayolas first wax...the whole vibe of ESP-Disk does hang over this as the free spirit jazzbo jamming is always never far from the surface, the wishing to bring about change is everpresent though a sombre knowledge that change will come, as it always does after amounts of time, but that change may not suit the more free thinking amongst the humungerous horde...whilst keeping an eye on the skies this is recommended without reservation for layabouts across the physical/imagined lands and the hep universal MIND...
